C&C | Celebrations by Catalina is a Boston event design and experiential studio creating immersive, highly personal experiences across weddings, corporate events, nonprofit fundraisers, brand activations, and creative productions. We believe the most memorable events aren’t simply beautiful. They have a point of view. They create a feeling. They give people something to discover, participate in, talk about, and remember.
That’s why we approach every project as an opportunity to worldbuild. To translating an idea, story, identity, or purpose into a complete physical experience. The venue is just the starting point, and the decor is the cherry on top. In between, we think about how guests move through a space, what they see and hear, what catches them by surprise, where they pause, what they interact with, and what stays with them long after they leave.
Design With Purpose
Pretty is not the point. The design should do something. Say something. Mean something. For a wedding, that might mean turning a couple’s shared obsessions into an entirely unexpected visual identity. For a corporate event, it might mean transforming company culture into an environment people actually want to experience. For a nonprofit fundraiser, it might mean making a mission tangible and creating an environment that inspires people to give. For a brand activation, it might mean translating a campaign or identity into a physical space that people can step inside, interact with, and remember.
Every creative decision has an intention, from spatial design, lighting, and custom fabrication to graphics, food and beverage, entertainment, storytelling, and guest interaction. We bring creative direction and event design together with strategic planning and full-scale production, so the experience looks incredible, feels intentional, and works exactly as hard as it needs to.
Your Story Sets the Stage
We don’t believe in interchangeable weddings, generic corporate events, or cookie-cutter fundraisers. We start with the people, the purpose, and the possibility, and then build from there. Our creative process draws from art, design, architecture, culture, history, fashion, hospitality, and the wonderfully unexpected places where inspiration tends to hide. We look for the idea that makes a project unmistakably its own, then develop it into a cohesive visual language and guest experience.
The result might be maximalist and theatrical, quietly sophisticated, wildly unconventional, or something no one has quite seen before. The aesthetic can change. The approach doesn’t: start with the story, build the world, and make every detail count.

That’s why our approach brings strategy, creative development, experiential design, and event production together from the beginning. We move from vision and worldbuilding into creative direction, spatial design, partnerships, fabrication, logistics, and execution - building an experience that is as thoughtfully produced as it is creatively conceived.

Wedding planning and design begins at $15,000, with production fees based on the scope and scale of your celebration.
