Big night under the big top
In January of 2018, more than 1,000 of New England’s brightest dignitaries, most generous philanthropists, and trendsetting fashionistas gathered for the unforgettable Big Night Under the Big Top. Consistently hailed as "the party of the year" by The Boston Globe and The Boston Herald, this extraordinary evening raised over $1.8 million to support critical initiatives.
Embracing a dark & vintage cirque theme, the evening dazzled and delighted at every turn. Guests sipped craft cocktails and enjoyed an array of artfully prepared dinner stations while colorful entertainers roamed the venue. The entertainment was nothing short of spectacular: electrifying musical performances by MisterWives, Saint Motel, and DJ Matoma filled the air with infectious energy, while breathtaking cirque performers — including an aerialist, contortionist, and hand-to-hand balancers — wowed the crowd. Adding to the whimsical atmosphere, a live Zoltar fortune teller handed out fortunes, a cirque-themed attendant assisted guests with a fundraising Claw machine game, and a traditional strongman charmed guests with photo opportunities, fully immersing everyone in the magical world of the circus.
