Vibrant | Autumnal | Cultural
We really had a blast with this design for a fun-loving couple. Talk about embracing their personal aesthetics - they went bold wherever they could, from food to fashion to florals and everywhere in between. We used the fall season as a baseline for deep jewel tones punctuated with vibrant pops of fuchsia and teal.
This bold color palette translated across the cake, color-blocked tablescapes, attire, and most notably the fabulous florals. Not only did they break traditions in a lot of ways, they embraced the multicultural (Indian & Polish) traditions that meant the most to them - henna art, a Polish bread breaking ceremony, tossing petals, and an ethnically-infused menu.
When they changed into their second looks (a feathered harness & a mini dress) and joined the dance floor on a cloud of fog, the whole crew took to the dance floor, forgoing a formal first dance. Talk about tossing the rulebook!
